A Dream Home within Reach: Up to $100,000 for Eligible Buyers

Palm Beach County, known for its stunning beaches and vibrant culture, is taking a significant step to make homeownership a reality for first-time buyers. With the rising cost of housing, the county's Department of Housing and Economic Development is introducing a game-changing opportunity for prospective homeowners.

The HOME Investment Partnerships Program Unveiled

In a recent announcement, Palm Beach County revealed the availability of substantial funds through the HOME Investment Partnerships Program. This initiative aims to provide crucial financial support to income-eligible applicants seeking to purchase their first home.

Unlocking Your Homeownership Dreams

The funding offered by this program encompasses a wide range of expenses, including:

  • Acquisition of a new home

  • Acquisition with rehabilitation

  • New construction

  • Down payment assistance

  • Closing costs coverage

These funds are designed to make the dream of homeownership a reality by easing the financial burden on first-time buyers.

Mark Your Calendar: Application Window Opens on Oct. 10

Prospective homebuyers can mark October 10 on their calendars as the online application portal opens its doors at 8 a.m. This opportunity to secure financial support will remain open until October 31 at 11:59 p.m. – or until the first 50 applications have been submitted. Act swiftly to ensure your chance to benefit from this program.

Streamlined Application Process

To streamline the application process, Palm Beach County has made it mandatory for applicants to submit their requests online. Applications will be processed on a first-submitted, first-qualified, first-served basis, so early submissions are encouraged.
